Summer ignites energy in us, offering the wisdom of gratitude, bringing forth ripening and abundance.

 

This Wise Woman Summer 2024 retreat focuses on celebrating the fullness of our being, releasing the constant search for improvement or 'healing’ to make way for acceptance of our individual and collective "enoughness”.

What to expect

Between group and solo sessions, we have woven in plenty of time for rest and regeneration. Expect to be nourished from soil to soul by our all-female team of chefs and holistic therapists—from seasonal farm to table feasts, and intuitive treatments.

This price includes:

Your private, sacred sanctuary for 6 nights, all nourishing meals and beverages (this week we serve a vegetarian and stimulant free menu, meaning no coffee and alcohol), all group circles, sessions and activities, two individual sessions with Isa Ka Ra, an individual treatment in our Bath House.

 

This price excludes:

Airport transfers, extra booked treatments and purchases from the Sterrekopje Farm Shop.

Prices are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR), inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at 15%, and subject to change.

Just being here grounds us—the earth beneath our feet, the peppery smell of the cape fynbos wafting through the air.  We are humbled by the majesty of the surrounding mountains and the vast African sky. Communing with Nature heals us, the elements recenter us bathing us in pleasure, summoning us to simply breath, and let go.

Sterrekopje is a natural playground where everyone—big and small—is encouraged to explore their curiosity and set their imagination free.

​Several times a year we welcome you to join us on the farm for special holiday retreats that bring families together for a week of play, laughter, rest, and affection. Reconnect with your tribe—and yourself—through scavenger hunts and art classes for the children, grounding therapies and movement classes for the parents, and joyful moments of togetherness for all with pizza-making, family yoga, and nature walks.
